There are a number of stages during your personal growth that you can consider joining E. J. McKay, each with different degrees of exposures and responsibilities.

Typically fresh graduates without work experience join the firm as Analysts, and progress towards the role of Associates. Entry level experienced hires or fresh MBA are usually considered for Associate's positions. The growth stages beyond Associate are Vice President, Principal, and Managing Director.
