	Ariel
	Ariel joined E. J. McKay out of Shanghai Jiaotong University, where she holds a BS and an MS in Biomedical Engineering. In addition, she also holds an MS degree in Medical Physics from the University of Heidelberg. Her prior experience includes research work at the Mannheim Medical Center in Germany, and various medical research rotations in China.

	Bill
	Bill is a Managing Director in New York, who draws many years' experience in investment banking and M&A. Prior to being associated with E. J. McKay, he worked with Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch, all in New York. Bill is a graduate of Yale University with a BA in History, and is the Vice Chairman of Blue Bulldog Society, a Yale University alumni organization.

	Calvin
	Calvin holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and a BS in Chemistry from Peking University. Before joining E. J. McKay, he was a research scientist, later director of business development at PetroChina, and has many patents under his belt. Hailing from Inner Mongolia, Calvin enjoys swimming with his son and hiking.

	Erdong
	Erdong joined E. J. McKay from KPMG, where he audited many Chinese and multinational companies in China. Erdong graduated top of his class from Shanghai Tongji University with a BA in Management, and is a native of Jiangsu Province.

	George
	With a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University, George joined E. J. McKay upon receiving his Master's degree from Aachen University in Germany. His prior work experience includes the R&D department of ThyssenKrupp Umformtechnik in Germany.

John

John is an Advisory Director who splits his time between New York, Washington, DC and Cape Town, South Africa. He is an expert in healthcare, and spends his efforts in helping governments and communities fight AIDS and other medical diseases. John holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MD from Harvard University, and was a Fulbright Scholar at Balliol College, Oxford, where he received his MPhil.

	Guninder
	Guninder was educated at the University of Mumbai and the Army Institute of Management in India, and developed new businesses for a major global distribution company before joining E. J. McKay. He is based in Pune, India with is wife Aparna, and was earlier based in Shanghai. In his spare time, Guninder enjoys sports and cooking.

	Mary
	Mary graduated top of her class with a BA in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. She started her career with E. J. McKay as a summer intern, and joined us directly following graduation. A native of Jiangxi, Mary enjoys performing arts and gymnastics.

Peter

Peter is an associated director who splits his time between London and South Africa. Before joining E. J. McKay, Peter worked for charitable organizations and also in the banking and finance industry. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BA in Finance, and read PPE at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, where he received his BA, MA, in addition to his MSc. in Industrial Relations from the University.

Randall

Randall is based in San Francisco and is an expert in the electronics industry. He has many publications on subjects relating to EMS, ODM, CM industries and Nano Technology. Randall was formerly with Honeywell Corporation and Lexicom Microsystems, where he assumed various senior management positions. He holds a BS in Astrophysics, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School in Scotland.
